She is a renowned British expert in the dairy sector, internationally celebrated as founding director and head of operations of the Academy of Cheese, considered a global reference point for professional training of cheesemongers and cheese sommeliers.
She boasts over twenty years of career dedicated to the promotion, sale and education related to the world of artisan cheeses.
At the beginning of her career she managed an award-winning delicatessen in Ludlow, England, and then worked as Account Manager for Harvey & Brockless, the largest distributor of fine cheeses in the United Kingdom.
In 2024 she was officially voted Cheese Hero at the Virtual Cheese Awards. In 2025, the French Minister of Agriculture conferred upon her the title of Chevalier dans l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole for her tireless work promoting excellence in cheese.
She is a permanent member of the juries of the most important cheese competitions on the planet, including the renowned World Cheese Awards, the International Cheese & Dairy Awards and the Artisan Cheese Awards.
