A Venetian dairy professional, ONAF master taster, and winner of the Miglior Formaggiaio d’Italia (Best Cheesemonger of Italy) award in 2024—a competition organized by the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers at the previous edition of B2Cheese. He proudly represented Italy at the prestigious Mondial du Fromage in Tours, finishing in fifth place.
He represents the fourth generation of a family historically dedicated to the selection and sale of dairy products through the Formaggi Stevanato business in Trebaseleghe, near Padua, which was founded in 1955.
He grew up immersed in the aromas and traditions of the mobile cheese trade, helping his father from a very young age in his daily work. This early passion was later nurtured through rigorous study and valuable experience within the large-scale retail sector. In 2017, he officially joined the family business.
He actively promotes cheese culture by collaborating with television broadcasters, participating in industry programs, conferences, and public events, as well as organizing exclusive tastings and masterclasses.
