An accomplished French maître fromager—a title bestowed upon her by the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers—she has built her distinguished career in the dairy world alongside her husband, Michel Fouchereau.
She worked for 25 years in their historic Parisian shop, Fromagerie D’Auteuil, and served as the managing director of their Fromagerie de Versailles for 10 years.
As an industry expert, she actively participated in developing the first benchmark standard and revising the CQP (Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle) for cheese retail consultants. She also contributed to the creation and implementation of the CAP Fromager benchmark standard, the official Professional Aptitude Certificate for cheesemakers and mongers.
Reflecting her exceptional professional standing, she had the distinct honor of being officially presented to Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom in Paris, during a state visit to the Flower Market alongside the then President of the French Republic, François Hollande.
