In the 2026 edition, B2Cheese will involve the Italian Federation of Chefs (FIC), with its approximately 17,000 registered professionals, and the Lombardy Regional Chefs Union, who will invite their members to Bergamo for the event. The involvement of chefs brings a professional perspective to the fair, viewing cheese as a living raw material to be transformed into value for those who cook, buy, and sell. Also present will be Team Italy, protagonist of a historic result at the Bocuse d’Or Europe 2026, where they secured third place.
