A very strong picture emerges from the Consortium assembly in Montichiari (BS). 2025 has been defined as the best year ever, with:
- 5,053,690 wheels produced
- over 2,757,000 wheels exported
- exports up by 3%
- double-digit sales increase in the first quarter of 2026
One figure, in particular, is striking: more than 50% of production is now destined for foreign markets. This confirms how central exports have become for the Italian dairy sector: not just as a commercial outlet, but as an increasingly strategic axis for industry growth. Internationalization will also be a central theme for B2Cheese 2026, with a growing focus on foreign buyers and markets.
