Vincent Philippe is the official expert refiner and selector for Maison Bordier in Saint-Malo, Brittany, one of the most prestigious artisanal cheese and butter brands in the world. He began his career with the company over twenty years ago as a delivery driver, rising through the ranks thanks to his talent. Self-taught, he has held every possible role: vendor, sales representative, aging cellar manager, eventually becoming the official ambassador for the Maison.
In 2023, he won the title of World Champion Cheesemonger at the Concours Mondial du Fromage in Tours, France. However, his career is decorated with awards and accolades: in 2018, he won the Lyre d’Argent; in 2019, he took third place at the Coupe de France, followed by first place in 2021; for three years, he was a finalist for the Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
