A renowned French maître fromager, he earned the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France – Classe Fromager in 2023—the highest honor for artisanal craftsmanship in France—despite having no prior experience in cheese competitions. He is widely considered one of the world’s leading experts in cheese selection, aging, and culture.

His professional path is highly unconventional: after graduating with a degree in agricultural engineering, he joined the France Frais Group in 2015, a French powerhouse in fresh product and dairy distribution. He held several key leadership roles, serving first as head of cheese procurement, then managing the Mimolette aging cellars, and finally leading professional training programs.

Since 2024, he has hosted the Lait’Change podcast, which focuses on innovation and challenges within the global dairy supply chain, while remaining deeply active in promoting traditional products.

An exceptional public speaker, he frequently participates as a keynote speaker and international guest at premier Italian dairy trade shows.
