She is one of the most prominent cheese experts and cheese culture researchers in Ukraine.
Oksana was the first Ukrainian woman to be inducted into the prestigious International Guilde des Fromagers.
She founded the Procheese Academy, Ukraine’s first academy and educational platform dedicated to training industry professionals and cheesemongers, and created the ProCheese Awards, the national cheese festival in Ukraine. She also curated the development of the country’s very first official cheese map.
She is an official Super Gold-tier judge at the renowned international World Cheese Awards.”
