Master Artisan Cheesemaker, internationally known and respected. He is the founder of Fromagerie Belisson in Clichy.
In May 2024, he was awarded the prestigious Ordre du Mérite Agricole medal in France for his exceptional contribution to the promotion of artisan cheesemaking.
Michaël began his career in the hospitality industry, working across France, Italy, and Egypt. Later, his encounter with cheese turned it into the core of his professional life: selection, aging, and promoting cheese culture.
Today, he is a leading figure in the industry: trainer at the CFPL, judge in national and international competitions, member of the Île-de-France Cheesemongers Federation, and founder of the International Cheese Festival.
